Garth Holcombe is graduate of NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Art, Sydney, 2006). Garth has lived and worked as an actor in Australia, London, New York, Singapore & New Zealand. He was the 2012 recipient of the Mike Walsh Fellowship, which paved the way for his Shakespeare studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, London.

Garth has also worked as an actor for The Sydney Symphony Orchestra, The Australian Chamber Orchestra and his Australian tours include Shakespeare's R&J, and Rainbow's End for Parramatta Riverside Theatres as well as Actors at Work for the The Bell Shakespeare Company, Australia. Screen credits include Home & Away: Network 7, All Saints: Network 7, HeadStart : ABC, numerous short films/ TV commercials, and his radio credits include extensive work for ABC Radio National as well as commercial voice overs.

Most recently Garth played MR SMITHERS in "Neglected Musicals" staged reading performances of The Sentimental Bloke at the Hayes Theatre in October 2019.

2020 will see Garth return to the Ensemble Theatre, Sydney, to play the role of KIPPS in Stephen Mallatratt's The Woman in Black, directed by Mark Kilmurry.
